Promotions are like a letter. Each time you get higher up, you are more successful. The higher you go, the more power you have. As Sharp As A Tack is the same idea. The higher rank you have in the crew, the more powers you will have and be trusted.

Cabin Person

When you join the crew, you start out as the cabin person.

Pirate

You need to subscribe(puzzle pirates rules). If you subscribe after you have joined the crew, make sure to tell an officer so we can raise your rank. If you have just been raised to officer, you will be assigned the title, "Midshipman." This title will be removed after you have the training. With this title, you can not run your own pillage.

Officer

1. Have at least THREE different stats with Distinguished or higher. If you have this requirement after you have joined the crew, be sure to tell an officer so one of us can raise your stat.
2. Start saving up to buy a ship
3. Donate to the crew funds
4. Have officer training to sail a ship(You can not sail your ship until you have the training)
5. Be trusted by the Captain and other Officers

Fleet Officer

1. Have at least FIVE different piracy skill stats with Distinguished or higher. If you have this requirement after you have joined, be sure to tell an officer so we can raise your rank
2. Own a ship(any kind)
3. Have the knowledge to sail your ship. If you do not know how to do this, Any other officer will be willing to help.
4. Help donate to the crew funds
5. Be trusted by the Captain and other Officers

Senior Officer

1. Have satisfying stats
2. Been with As Sharp As A Tack for a long time
3. Fully trusted by the Captain
4. Help donate to the crew funds
5. Helpful to anyone in need(help with a pillage, help at their stall, etc.)
